Synopsis

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT PART 2 Bruce quickly changes into his Batman costume and attempts to take down the O.G.R.E. armor, but to no avail. Lex Luthor escapes through the underground sewers and soon the O.G.R.E. suddenly stops attacking, leaving Batman with the conclusion that it was after Luthor.  At WayneTech, Captain Gordon inquires about the O.G.R.E. system and its dead pilot. Lucius Fox explains that the pilot controls the armor through a neural-link system, and that he suffered a spontaneous cardiac arrest. Gordon promises that he will condemn WayneTech if it is true. After Gordon leaves, Lucius tells Bruce that the pilot was already dead when the O.G.R.E. attacked.   In the Batcave, Bruce examines the corpse of the pilot and discovers that a pacemaker designed by LexCorp was injected into the body, capable of causing death.   Batman finds the O.G.R.E. armor feeding on radioactive material at a LexCorp nuclear waste containment facility, with dead bodies strewn all over. He asks the armor what Luthor was planning and offers to help it, but it starts to attack him. However, Batman uses a device to eject the machine's neural-relay cortex, which has a part of the pilot's memory encoded inside. He then leaves in the Batmobile to pay Luthor a visit.
